About Us
The genesis for Artistic Solutions was the collaborative effort between Dale Dunlap, P.E., and his daughter, Rebekah, in the design of a single-family home. This initial project produced a concept for offering pre-designed and custom home plans to clients seeking a better value than was offered by the existing marketplace. Dale is a Civil Engineer, licensed in California and Louisiana, with expertise in preparing plans, specifications, and estimates for home construction. Rebekah is an Interior Designer with the creative passion to visualize design concepts and work with our clients to make their visions a reality.
Expert Engineering Sciences, Inc., an established and well-respected civil & forensic engineering firm, has expanded their current business model to include home and interior design services as a way to reach new clients and provide valuable opportunities to existing clients. With the resources of a fully-staffed engineering firm at our disposal, Artistic Solutions is able to take on any residential or interior design project.
